Paperly provides an online platform for creating professional resumes, documents, and reports using LaTeX technology. Our services include:

PDF export and sharing capabilities
Cloud storage for your documents

User Accounts

Account Creation

You must provide accurate information when creating an account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
You must be at least 13 years old to use our services
One person may not maintain more than one free account

You are responsible for all activity under your account
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

Acceptable Use Policy

Intellectual Property

Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you create using Paperly, including resumes, documents, and any text you enter. You grant us a limited license to store and process your content solely for providing our services.

Our Content

Paperly's templates, designs, code, and branding are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our proprietary content.

Payment Terms (Premium Plans)

Paid plans are billed in advance (monthly or annually)
Prices are displayed in INR (₹) unless otherwise specified
We accept major credit/debit cards and UPI
Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before renewal date
Prices may change with 30 days notice for existing subscribers

Refund Policy

30-Day Guarantee: Full refund within 30 days of purchase if unsatisfied
Prorated Refunds: Available for annual plans cancelled after 30 days
No Refunds: For accounts terminated due to Terms violations

Termination

By You

You may close your account at any time through account settings. Export your data before closing as it cannot be recovered after deletion.

By Us

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice. We may also discontinue the service with 30 days notice.

Disclaimers & Limitations

Service Provided "As Is"

Paperly is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that resumes created will result in job offers or that the service will be error-free or uninterrupted.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Paperly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of Paperly after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
